Ju Brazilian Waxing's Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Ju Brazilian Waxing. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Cancellation Policy:
Ju Brazilian Waxing enforces a 10-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your appointment, it must be done at least 10 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in the charge of a 50% fee of the price of your treatment, which will be charged on your next session. The rescheduled session will be considered as the completion of the missed session. This rule is non negotiable.
2. Late Arrivals:
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. The clinic allows a 10-minute tolerance period for late arrivals. An arrival of more than 10 minutes might compromise your session, if you have more than one item in your booking we might not be able to fulfil the full waxing package, however you will be charged the full amount for the originally scheduled appointment duration.
3. No Shows:
In case of a no-show or if you cancel your appointment less than 10 hours before the scheduled session, there will be a charge of a 50% fee of the price of your treatment, which will be charged on your next session
4. Re-scheduling Sessions:
If you wish to reschedule your package or any individual sessions, you must provide a 10-hour notice in advance.
5. Receipt Issuance:
Ju Brazilian Waxing does not issue retroactive receipts. If you require a receipt, it will be provided within 7 working days upon your request.
6. Belongings Responsibility:
Ju Waxing is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within its premises. Clients are advised to keep their belongings secure and under their supervision at all times.
7. Image Privacy
During your session it is not allowed to video record or photograph.
8. Health status
For your comfort and safety, inform our professionals if you have allergies, health problems, disabilities and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during treatment, immediately inform the professional who is treating you. It is the customer's obligation and responsibility to communicate about health conditions that may cause complications.
9. Refusal of Services:
Our team has the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is drunk or whose state of health could influence the effects of the service.
By using our services and facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Ju Brazilian Waxing reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website or at our premises.
